Pools function as an extension of public entity members, and are very aware of how service and structural adaptations within cities, counties, schools, and other taxing districts might impact underwriting and risk management. But local government fiscal conditions and the financial structure or status of your member entities may change in the future. This session will identify local government revenue and expenditure trends, the outlook for local government tax revenue, and related shifts that might impact your pool’s understanding of and expectations for its membership.
